Because of the custom and handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will replace or refund items that arrive broken or incorrect due to our error.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

    • Items delayed due to postal service issues
